Due to our collection being made to order, orders may take 1-3 weeks to process and ship out. As a small brand, we appreciate your patience as we fulfill each order with care. Although operating on a made to order basis may take more time, we value that this process limits overproduction and limits excess materials going to waste. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the mailing address.
Perlaya Pearl is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided, delays in transit by shipping providers, or lost or stolen packages, however we will do our best to assist you in tracking any missing orders.

Currently, we ship within the United States, however we are working to expand our shipping region to reach more of you soon!
With each purchase being made to order, all sales are final.

As part of our commitment to quality, Perlaya Pearl will provide complimentary repairs in regard to structural integrity for up to 1 year after purchase date. For item repairs within a year of purchasing, customer is only responsible for shipping costs.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and pearls, damage caused by improper care, or exposure to water or chemicals. Please see our Care Guide to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.
